Terms of Delivery

1. Definitions

Claude Mastery: the provider of the trainings and the user of these terms. Participant: the natural person or company registering for a training. Training: any open-enrolment session, workshop or in-company programme offered by Claude Mastery.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, registrations and agreements between Claude Mastery and the participant. Deviations only apply when agreed in writing. By registering, the participant accepts these terms.

3. Registration and formation

Registration takes place via the registration form on the website. The agreement is formed the moment Claude Mastery confirms the registration by email. Placement is on a first-paid, first-served basis; the number of seats per edition is limited (maximum 30 participants).

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and exclude 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise. The price includes course materials and lunch on location. Payment is made online via the payment provider (Mollie — iDEAL, credit card or Bancontact) at the moment of registration. The seat is confirmed once payment has been received; if a payment is not completed there is no registration and nothing is charged.

5. Delivery and performance

The training is delivered on the dates and at the location stated on the website. Claude Mastery makes every effort to deliver the training as announced, but reserves the right to change the programme, trainer or location where this benefits quality or is necessary due to circumstances. In the event of insufficient registrations or force majeure, Claude Mastery may reschedule or cancel a training; participants who have already paid will in that case receive a new date or a full refund.

6. Cancellation by the participant

Cancellation can be made in writing by email to info@robertvanderzwart.com. For cancellations up to 14 days before the start, the full amount is refunded. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the start, 50% is charged. For cancellations within 7 days before the start, or for no-shows, the full amount is due. The participant may always be replaced by a colleague free of charge; please report this in advance by email.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after registration. This right lapses once the training takes place within that period and the participant agreed, at registration, to performance within the cooling-off period. For registrations by entrepreneurs (business participants), no right of withdrawal applies; the cancellation terms in article 6 apply instead.

8. In-company and tailored programmes

For in-company trainings and tailored programmes, additional arrangements apply that are set out per quote. Cancelling a scheduled in-company training within 14 days of the start entitles the participant to a reschedule; preparation costs already incurred may be charged.

9. Intellectual property

All course materials, the set-up and the content of the training remain the property of Claude Mastery. The participant may use the material for their own purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it without written permission.

10. Liability

Claude Mastery delivers the training to the best of its knowledge and ability. Liability is limited to a maximum of the amount the participant paid for the relevant training. Claude Mastery is not liable for indirect or consequential damage.

11. Privacy

Claude Mastery processes personal data solely for the delivery of the training and related communication, in accordance with the GDPR. Data is not shared with third parties other than as necessary for payment and delivery.

12. Governing law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Claude Mastery is established.
